Navigating through CultureMonkey

CultureMonkey is designed in a way that all the modules are divided into different sections like:

• Listen
• Analyse
• Act
• General

You can navigate from one module to another using the side panel which is in the left side of the screen

Dashboard

Dashboard gives you an overall view of how your organization fares on various drivers and insights. It consolidates the results of all the custom and pulse surveys run by your organisation ever since they started using CultureMonkey.

Lifecycle Analytics

Lifecycle Analytics is the dashboard specific to the Lifecycle surveys which gives detailed analysis of all active surveys in that module.

Listen

Listen module allows you set-up your listening processes through Templates, Custom, Pulse and Lifecycle.

CultureMonkey enables you to use an omni-channel approach towards employee engagement. Apart from the default email channel, you can also set-up other channels like SMS, WhatsApp, Slack and MS Teams through Channels page.

Analyse

Once you have completed your listening processes set-up, you can analyse the results of those processes through analyse module.

Reports page will give you the reports of all the surveys like custom, pulse and lifecycle, while Report Builder and Reports Panel is an one stop solution for all your downloadable report needs with advanced data cuts and slices of your custom need. 🚀

Feedback page will give you a consolidated analysis of all the feedback that your organisation has received since they started using CultureMonkey.

Act Module

CultureMonkey enables you to close the loop between surveys and action creation in just 4 seconds.

Actions module enables you to track actions in is very simple and effective way through a kanban board.

General

CultureMonkey enables you to customise all the pre-existing email templates and add your own set of templates through email templates module.

The details of the managers, administrators and employees are given in Employees, Managers and Administrators modules respectively.
