Navigating CultureMonkey: Your Comprehensive Guide
CultureMonkey is a dynamic platform that organizes its features into distinct modules to streamline your processes. These are categorized into the following sections:

To navigate between these modules, use the side panel located on the left of the screen.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your organization’s performance across various drivers and insights. It aggregates results from all custom surveys conducted since you started using CultureMonkey.
Lifecycle Analytics
Lifecycle Analytics offers a dedicated dashboard for Lifecycle surveys, providing detailed analyses of active surveys within this module.
Listen
The Listen module allows you to set up your listening processes with features such as Templates, Custom, Pulse, and Lifecycle surveys.
With CultureMonkey, employ an omni-channel approach for employee engagement. Besides the default email channel, you can integrate additional ones like SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, and MS Teams via the Channels page.
Analyse
After setting up listening processes, use the Analyse module to evaluate the outcomes. The Reports page provides data on all surveys (custom, pulse, and lifecycle), and the Report Builder and Reports Panel offer advanced customization for downloadable reports.
The Feedback page consolidates all feedback your organization has received since partnering with CultureMonkey.
Act Module
The Act Module enables swift action creation based on survey insights, streamlining collaboration within just 4 seconds. Track actions efficiently with a simple yet effective Kanban board.
General
With CultureMonkey, you can customize all pre-existing email templates and add your templates via the Email Templates module. Information on managers, administrators, and employees is detailed in the Employees, Managers, and Administrators modules.
