Microsoft Teams Integration for CultureMonkey | Survey Channel Setup

How do you integrate Microsoft Teams with CultureMonkey?

CultureMonkey integrates with Microsoft Teams to deliver surveys and reminders to unanswered participants directly inside Teams. The setup must be completed by your MS Teams master administrator: activate the Microsoft Teams channel in CultureMonkey, complete Microsoft authentication, then grant the app policy in admin.teams.microsoft.com so the CultureMonkey bot installs tenant-wide. Installation is handled by Microsoft and is typically completed within 24 hours.

CultureMonkey enables you to send reminders to the unanswered participants of any survey through multiple channels, including collaboration platforms like Slack and MS Teams.
