CultureMonkey supports three roles with progressively scoped access. Super Admins are master administrators with access to every module on the platform. Sub-Admins can create and launch surveys and analyse reports for employees belonging to their Teams, Locations, or Business Units. Managers can create and launch surveys and analyse reports for the employees reporting into them.

A Super Admin is the master administrator and has access to all modules on the platform — including Dashboard, Pulse, Lifecycle, Channels, Reports, Integrations, Employees, Managers, and Administrators.
A Sub-Admin can create and launch surveys and analyse reports for employees belonging to their assigned Teams, Locations, or Business Units. They have access to Templates, Custom surveys, Reports, Feedback, Actions, and Email Templates.
Managers can create and launch surveys and analyse reports for the employees reporting into them. They have access to the Dashboard, Templates, Custom surveys, Reports, Feedback, Actions, and Email Templates.
No, Pulse, Lifecycle, Channels, Integrations, Employees, Managers, and Administrators modules are restricted to Super Admins only.
Yes. CultureMonkey enforces RBAC across modules, with Super Admin, Sub-Admin, and Manager roles each receiving a defined set of permissions per module.
