CultureMonkey reaches employees on the channels they actually use. From any survey's Communication Preferences during launch setup, you can schedule up to 4 reminders per survey across Email, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, and MS Teams. Reminders are sent only to participants who haven't responded yet, and are limited to one reminder per day per channel.

While setting any survey on CultureMonkey, you would have an option to schedule upto 4 reminders. You can also send reminders through multiple channels.
The reminders will be sent only to the unanswered participants of the survey.
Before configuring the reminders for the survey, there are few steps you need to perform in terms of the survey step. This article would help with those steps.
Once you have completed the basic settings, questions and added participants to the survey, you would finally be required to configure the launch settings.
In the launch settings page, scroll down to the bottom of the screen. You will find communication preferences section at the last as shown in the image below.
Once you have navigated to communication preferences section, follow the below steps to get the reminders scheduled.
Step 1: In the communication preferences section, click on Add Reminders option.
Step 2: Select the date in which you want the reminder to go out to the unanswered participants.
Step 3: Select the channel through which you want to reminder to go out.
Email, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, and Microsoft Teams.
Up to 4 reminders per survey, with a cap of one reminder per day per channel.
In the launch settings of any survey, under the Communication Preferences section. Add a reminder, pick the date, and choose the channel for each reminder.
No, multiple channels can only be configured during survey creation. Once a survey is active, only email reminders can be triggered ad-hoc — for additional channels post-launch, contact support@culturemonkey.io.
Only to participants who haven't answered the survey. People who already submitted a response won't receive a reminder.
Super Admins, Sub-Admins, and Managers can all configure reminders for surveys they create.
