Manager Dashboard Guide for Engagement & eNPS | CultureMonkey

How do manager dashboards work in CultureMonkey?

CultureMonkey's manager dashboard is each leader's single view of their team's engagement: month-on-month engagement and eNPS scores, the top 5 driver strengths and bottom 5 weaknesses, a Kanban board for action items, and an internal benchmark against the org average and highest. Managers with more than 5 direct reports can toggle between a direct-reports-only view and an indirect-reports view.

What does the CultureMonkey manager dashboard show?

It's a consolidated view of a team's engagement and eNPS scores over time, the top 5 driver strengths and bottom 5 weaknesses, an Actions Kanban for collaborating on action items, and an internal benchmark comparing the team to the org average and the org's highest-scoring team.

How does CultureMonkey identify a team's strengths and weaknesses?

Strengths and weaknesses in CultureMonkey are identified based on driver scores.

  • Each survey question is mapped to a specific engagement driver (such as Communication, Leadership, Growth & Development, etc.).
  • The driver score is calculated by taking the average score of all questions under that driver.
  • The top 5 highest-scoring drivers are shown as Strengths, representing areas employees feel most positive about.
  • The bottom 5 lowest-scoring drivers are shown as Weaknesses, highlighting areas that may need improvement.

This helps managers quickly understand what is working well and where focused action may be needed to improve employee engagement.
