Survey QR Code & Generic Link in CultureMonkey | Frontline Survey Sharing

How do you share CultureMonkey surveys via a generic link or QR code?

For every running survey, CultureMonkey generates a generic link and a QR code in addition to the unique per-participant link sent by email. These are available for both Custom and Lifecycle surveys and unlock survey participation for frontline and deskless employees — you can drop the QR into posters, intranet pages, or internal communications. Only employees who are participants of that specific survey can respond, and the feature is available to Super Admins only.

Whenever a survey is launched in CultureMonkey, a unique link is generated for each participant, and the same is mailed to them as part of the survey launch or reminder mail. Apart from the unique link, you can also send a generic link and QR code to the participants. You can incorporate this generic link or QR into your overall internal communication strategy to increase survey participation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the unique participant link and the generic link in CultureMonkey?

To reach frontline, deskless, or non-email employees. Drop the QR into posters, screens, or internal comms to boost participation beyond email-only outreach.

Super Admins only. Sub-Admins and Managers do not have access to this feature.

Where do I find the QR code and generic link for a survey?

In the Surveys section, open the running survey, go to the Share tab, and scroll down — the generic link and the QR code are listed there.

Are the QR code and generic link available for Lifecycle surveys?

Yes. They're available for both Custom and Lifecycle surveys, but only while the survey is in a running state.

Can anyone with the link or QR answer the survey?

No, only employees who are participants of that specific survey can respond, even if a non-participant has the link.
